Copper coil is formed in-house using a set of bespoke forming jigs, main coil is
wound first followed by forming of the up-stands and ends.
A small hole is then drilled in the central up-stand to allow unit to vent and prevent
draw back of condensed steam.
Enots style fittings are then assembled onto pre-drilled cap to produce final unit.
Black tube is an anti-static PTFE specially forumalted for this application including
the use of special extrusion dies to control internal and external dimensions thereby
ensuring that the Enots fittings can be assembled with ease.
